CAD Technician Brief – Typical Details & 3D Models

We are seeking a skilled CAD Technician to produce a set of Typical Details in 2D CAD format, supported by 3D visualisation models.

Scope of Work

Develop 12 sets of Typical Details (details reference material and sample examples provided).

Produce 2D CAD drawings with company title blocks.

Create 3D models of each configuration, exportable in GLB, FBX, OBJ (or similar formats).

3D models to be suitable for architectural visualisation — photo-realistic preferred, with modern and sophisticated presentation.

Deliverables to be issued set by set, in order of priority as instructed.

Requirements

Strong proficiency in CAD (AutoCAD or equivalent) and 3D modelling software.

Experience preparing details for the architecture / façade / construction sector.

Ability to maintain technical accuracy while presenting drawings/models attractively for architectural audiences.

Familiarity with title blocks, drawing standards, and professional presentation styles.

Deliverables

CAD files of Typical Details (DWG + PDF outputs).

3D models in GLB, FBX, OBJ (or equivalent).

Drawing sheets with title blocks and clear annotations.

Completed outputs to be delivered progressively, set by set.

Notes

Reference materials and samples will be provided.

Work to be carried out in close collaboration, with feedback at each stage.
