Cottage Renovation Floor Plan
Budget: $750 – $1,500 CAD
I’m renovating a residential cottage and need a fresh, accurate floor plan before construction begins. The current layout is dated, so I’m looking for a detailed drawing that shows:
• the existing footprint with room dimensions
• a proposed re-arrangement of internal walls, doors, and windows
• clear labels for each space, including kitchen, bath, and any utility areas
• precise measurements suitable for permitting and contractor quotes
Please base the design on typical cottage proportions while making smart use of limited square footage. A clean PDF plus the editable source file (DWG or similar) will be required, along with a brief legend or key. If you can also supply a quick 3-D or isometric view to help visualize the renovation, that’s a bonus I’ll gladly review.
