Convert Sketches to PDF Floorplans and need a newer plan with changes

I already sketched my house by hand and now need those drawings redrawn as a clean, accurate 2-D floorplan. The final file has to arrive as a high-resolution, print-ready PDF.

Once the existing layout is traced, I also want a second version showing several improvements: an extra room, a reconfigured layout for better flow, and an extension of a couple of spaces. Please keep every change clearly labelled on the drawing itself so I can compare new vs. old at a glance.

I have rough dimensions but will rely on your guidance to refine any missing or unrealistic measurements before you lock the plans down.

Deliverables
• As-built 2-D floorplan (PDF)
• Proposed plan with all additions, reconfiguration, and extensions marked and annotated (PDF)
• Brief notes on the measurement assumptions and any questions you had to resolve

Send through a small sample of similar work if you can; clarity and tidy linework matter more to me than flashy rendering.
