Convert Sketches Into CAD Plans
Budget: £20 – £250 GBP
1) Project Overview:
I’ve completed a measured survey of an industrial building (ariel image attached) . The property is one building with three separate leases, and I now require accurate digital CAD floor plans only, produced from hand-drawn sketches.
The drawings should be clean, to scale, and suitable for use within our professional lease documentation. This is a straightforward trace-and-clean job focused on accuracy, consistency, and tidy presentation.
2) Scope of Work:
You’ll receive a bundle of hand-drawn site sketches (scanned PDFs) via the download link below. These must be translated into accurate AutoCAD (DWG/DXF) floor plans.

3) Required Drawings:
Lease 1: Units 10, 11, 12 – 1x plan
Lease 2: Unit 16 – 1x plan
Lease 3: Units 14, 15, 17, 18, 19 – 1x plan
Overall plan: All of the above leases shown together on one combined drawing
4) Drawing Specifications:
Scale: 1:100 (for individual leases) and 1:200 (for overall plan)
Content: Basic layout only – walls, openings, and clearly labelled room/unit names
Style: No furniture or excessive architectural detail required
Presentation: Keep line weights, layers, and dimensioning tidy for integration into a wider documentation set
File Format: AutoCAD DWG or DXF (editable)
Review Format: Matching PDFs (A3 preferred) for quick print review
Details: Include a north point, scale bar, and clear red edging to each demise boundary
5) Deliverables:
3x individual lease plans
1x overall plan
Editable DWG/DXF files
Corresponding A3 PDFs for review
What I Need from You:
