Convert Sketches to Dimensioned Plans
Budget: $30 – $250 USD
I have two hand-drawn sketches for a family house—ground floor and first floor. The first-floor sheet shows a few handwritten notes, but most dimensions are simply marked on the sketches. I now need these ideas turned into tidy, professional CAD drawings for furnishing purposes. Tolerance: +/- 0.05m
Scope
• Trace both floors faithfully in AutoCAD (or equivalent) and generate a clean architectural layout that shows walls, doors, windows, stair, and room names.
• Add accurate linear dimensions in meters only, so anyone can read the plans without converting units.
• Keep the drawing to a basic level of detail; no furniture, fixture symbols, or service runs are required.
Deliverables
• One DWG file containing both floors on separate, clearly labelled layers.
• Two print-ready PDFs (A3 or A2, whichever best fits the scale) with neat line weights, title block, north arrow, and legend of abbreviations.
• A short revision round in case any dimension needs correction.
I will supply the scanned sketches immediately. The clearer and more consistent your line work, hatching, and annotation style, the happier I’ll be.
