Convert Sketch to 2D & 3D
Budget: $14 – $30 NZD
I have a hand-drawn sketch for a small residential layout and need it turned into a clean, dimensioned 2-D floor plan with a simple 3-D companion model. The drawing must clearly show the single bedroom called out in the sketch; other spaces can stay schematic as long as the overall footprint stays true to the original.
Once you receive the scan, I’d like you to:
• Trace and scale the sketch accurately in CAD, refining linework, walls, doors, and windows.
• Generate a straightforward 3-D massing/model that matches the plan—no heavy textures, just enough detail to illustrate walls, openings, and basic volumes.
Deliverables
1. Editable CAD file plus a print-ready PDF of the 2-D plan.
2. Native file (SketchUp, Revit, or similar) and a few perspective screenshots of the 3-D view.
Acceptance Criteria
– Bedroom size, openings, and wall positions mirror the sketch.
– 3-D geometry aligns perfectly with the 2-D plan.
Please confirm you can deliver within two days of receiving the sketch and tell me which software you’ll use so I can match it on my end.
