Convert Residential PDFs to AutoCAD
Budget: $250 – $750 USD
I have a set of two-storey residential floor plans in PDF only, and I need them recreated as fully editable DWG files so my plumbing contractor can drop their layout straight in. The PDFs contain the architectural footprint but do not show any plumbing routes, so the task is a faithful 1-to-1 conversion rather than design work.
Please match the original dimensions, scale, room labels and wall thicknesses, and use a clean layer structure that separates walls, doors, windows, fixtures and text. I’ll supply the PDFs immediately; you return AutoCAD 2018-compatible DWG files for each floor plus a combined sheet if that’s easier for plotting.
I’ll review the DWGs by overlaying them on the PDFs—everything must align when stacked at 100 %. Once confirmed, I release payment and the contractor moves forward.
