Convert PDF Signs to DWG

I have two commercial sign drawings saved only as PDFs and I need them rebuilt as fully-editable DWG files. Accuracy matters: the converted drawings must keep the original text styles, fonts, and all dimensions exactly as they appear in the PDFs so the fabricator can drop them straight into AutoCAD without additional touch-up.

Please recreate each sign on neatly-organized layers, using true AutoCAD text objects (no exploded outlines) and correct line weights. If any elements have to be traced, do so at 1:1 scale so measurements read correctly when the file is opened.
