Convert House Plans Into DWG
Budget: $250 – $750 USD
I have two image-based residential plans that need to be turned into production-ready CAD files:
• “Fiona” – 1,080 sq ft, 2 bedrooms
• “Dog Trot” – 2,880 sq ft, 3 bedrooms plus in-law suite
Please recreate each as a clean AutoCAD drawing, scaled 1/4" = 1'-0". Follow AIA layer standards so walls, doors, windows, dimensions, and annotations sit on their proper layers for easy editing later.
Content to show on every sheet
– Accurate exterior and interior dimensions
– Wall thicknesses and offsets
– Door and window locations resized for current accessibility clearances
– Room names with individual and total square-foot calculations
– Appliance placement symbols (range, refrigerator, washer/dryer, etc.)
What is outside the scope: structural notes or stamps, elevations, sections, and any full MEP layout.
Deliverables for each plan
1. Native .dwg file (AutoCAD-compatible)
2. Print-ready PDF set
I will supply the original plan images as soon as we start. Let me know your expected turnaround and any questions you may have about the accessibility adjustments.
