Convert Blueprints to Digital Format

I need hand-drawn blueprints converted to a digital format. The digital blueprints should be highly detailed with measurements and can be delivered in PDF, DWG, or PNG format or whatever is available that can be edited by me.

Requirements:
- Accuracy in transcribing measurements
- Ability to create highly detailed and precise blueprints
- Proficiency in at least one of the specified file formats

Ideal skills and experience:
- Experience with architectural or engineering drawings
- Familiarity with blueprint conventions and standards
- Attention to detail and precision

Need to be able to edit prints and willing to purchase software to do so
I have attached an example of the prints, will forward updated layout.
