Convert Blueprint to DXF

I will send you a clear, simple blueprint image and I need it redrawn as a clean, AutoCAD-compatible .dxf file. Every line must stay true to scale and geometry, and the finished drawing has to include the exact dimensions and any notes or other annotations shown on the original. Labels are not essential, so feel free to omit them unless you feel they aid clarity.

Use whatever vector-tracing or CAD tools you prefer—AutoCAD, DraftSight, LibreCAD, or similar—as long as the final file opens flawlessly in standard CAD software.

Deliverables
• One layered 2D .dxf file at 1 : 1 scale, with separate layers for outlines, dimensions, and annotations
• A quick PDF or PNG proof so I can verify accuracy before final hand-off
