Contemporary Hospital Front Elevation
Budget: ₹1,500 – ₹12,500 INR
I have a new G + 2 hospital block, 25 m wide by 18.6 m deep (roughly 82' × 61'), and the internal layouts are already locked in. I now need a visually striking yet practical contemporary façade developed in brick-and-concrete finishes, with standard rectangular windows positioned to suit the existing room plan.
Scope
• Produce two distinct front-elevation concepts that respect the size constraints and capture a clean, contemporary character.
• Incorporate window placement in each concept so it aligns with the internal room arrangement I will share.
• After I choose the stronger concept, refine it and supply a detailed 2-D CAD drawing ready for my construction set.
Timelines are tight, so please indicate how quickly you can turn around the first concepts and the final drawing. Experience with Indian hospital or institutional projects is a plus, and local context awareness will be appreciated. I will provide you internal floor plans as soon as we start so you can coordinate fenestration accurately.
