Contemporary 40x60 G+1 Floorplan
Budget: ₹600 – ₹1,500 INR
I have a 41 × 61 ft plot (North Facing) in Tamil Nadu and need a clear, build-ready 2D floor plan for a G+1 residence. The brief is straightforward: a contemporary layout that fits two bedrooms in total, plus the shared spaces my family relies on—an open living room, dining area, kitchen, pooja room, a compact utility room and a common bathroom that can be accessed from outside.
I’d like both the ground and first floors organised for good cross-ventilation and natural light while keeping circulation simple. Car parking or garden setbacks can be suggested if space allows, but the priority is a practical arrangement rather than an ornamental one.

Kulli & Mani adi sathram should be followed.
Please base the drawings on standard Indian construction conventions and provide them in both DWG (AutoCAD) and PDF formats with dimensions, north arrow, window/door positions and a basic furniture outline so contractors can read them easily.
Deliverables
• Ground-floor and first-floor plans (DWG + PDF)
• Room and overall dimensions clearly annotated
• Furniture layout for scale and movement flow
• External wall & setback indication, north orientation
Minor design tweaks after the first draft are expected; otherwise the scope is limited to producing the final 2D plans. Looking forward to seeing a clean, contemporary solution that makes the most of my 41 × 61 plot.
