Construction-Ready Interior Drawings

I already have a full 3-D model of the house and now need it translated into clear, construction-ready interior drawings. Every room is included—living spaces, kitchen, bedrooms, bathrooms, corridors—so the package must be comprehensive enough for a contractor to pick up and build from without further clarifications.

The model will be supplied to you as soon as the project starts; your task is to extract the necessary information and lay it out in professional 2-D sheets with accurate dimensions, annotations and references to finishes. AutoCAD, Revit or an equivalent drafting tool is fine as long as the final files are delivered in both editable (DWG/RVT) and print-ready PDF formats.

Deliverables
• Dimensioned floor plans for each level
• Interior elevations and key sections where required
• Reflected ceiling plans with lighting positions
• Furniture and built-in millwork layouts
• Finish, door and fixture schedules

Every sheet must follow standard architectural conventions, use consistent layers, and be scaled for A1 plotting. If you have a background in interior construction documentation and can turn a clean set around quickly, I’d love to see examples of similar drawing packages you’ve produced.
