Condo 2D 3D Floor Plans

2D floor plans + 3D model for a simple 58 m² condo unit.

As-Is version (current state)
Proposed version (revised layout)

Both versions must include:

Clean, fully dimensioned 2D floor plans
3D model (navigable, easy to walk through with basic materials and furniture so Thai contractors can clearly visualize the space)

Layout:

Combined kitchen + living area
1 bedroom
1 bathroom
2 balconies

Software: Must be done natively in FreeCAD, SketchUp Pro
I will provide measurements, photos, and existing PDF immediately after hiring.

Native SketchUp Pro File (.skp): Please ensure all geometry is organized cleanly using Tags (Layers) and Components (e.g., Walls, Doors, Structural, Furniture on separate tags). Please save the file in a standard compatible version so it loads smoothly in SketchUp Web.

Universal BIM File (.ifc): Please export a clean architectural model using the IFC4 or IFC2x3 schema, ensuring structural columns, load-bearing walls, and interior partitions are explicitly classified.
