Concrete Patio Drawings
Budget: $30 – $250 USD
I’m ready to move forward with a new concrete patio in my backyard and need a complete set of drawings to hand off to my contractor. The space will be a medium-sized slab—somewhere between 100 sq ft and 300 sq ft—so the plans should reflect that footprint while leaving me a little flexibility to fine-tune the exact dimensions on site.
What I need from you is a clear, build-ready drawing package:
• Plan view with all key measurements and slopes for drainage
• Simple elevations or sections that show thickness, reinforcement and any control-joint layout
• Notes on concrete mix and finish so the contractor understands the spec
If you normally prepare files in CAD, PDF and a clean, scaled image for quick reference, that would be perfect. I’ll provide a rough sketch of the yard and photos once we get started, and I’ll be available for quick feedback so we can wrap the design efficiently.
