Concept Architecture Visualisation Support

Job ID: 40362115

Budget: €250 – €750 EUR

I’m preparing a competition entry for a brand-new design venture and need a skilled hand to turn my early sketches and notes into polished visuals. The brief spans both 2D and 3D work: accurate plans, sections and diagrams alongside evocative perspectives or short fly-throughs that communicate spatial ideas clearly.

You will receive rough pencil studies, reference imagery and a concise written narrative for each space. From there I’d like you to develop:

• 2D drawings – clean, presentation-ready plans and sections (DWG + PDF)
• 3D assets – a textured model suitable for still renderings and quick animations (native file + FBX/OBJ)
• Key perspective views or axonometric diagrams that capture the concept’s essence (high-res PNG/JPG)

AutoCAD, Revit, Rhino, sketchup,
Blender or a comparable BIM/modeling tool are all fine so long as the final files are editable. Post-production in Photoshop or Illustrator is welcome for graphic consistency.

Milestones can be staged—concept pass, refinement, final artwork—but everything must be wrapped up before 25 April 2026 so I can focus on the narrative submission. Clear layer naming, metric units and source files are essential acceptance criteria.

If you enjoy iterative collaboration, have a strong eye for composition and can balance technical accuracy with competition-level flair, let’s talk details and schedules.
