Comprehensive Villa RC Shop Drawings
Budget: $250 – $750 USD
I need complete reinforced-concrete shop drawings for a private villa that consists of a basement, ground floor, first floor and roof slab. The design calculations are already approved; what is missing is a clear, construction-ready drawing package that translates those calculations into accurate rebar placement information for site use.
Scope of detailing
• Structural focus only — no architectural or MEP items.
• Elements to be covered: all beams, columns, slabs, foundations and retaining or shear walls.
• Codes to follow: ACI 318-19 for design compliance and BS 8666/4449 for the bar-bending schedules.
Deliverables (PDF + editable DWG)
1. General arrangement plans and sections for each level, fully annotated.
2. Individual rebar shop drawings for beams, columns, slabs, footings and walls, including laps, coverings and splice locations.
3. Bar-bending schedules formatted to BS 8666/4449 with exact cut lengths and shape codes.
4. Title sheet, legend, drawing list and standard notes.
5. One consolidated revision after consultant/contractor comments.
I typically work in AutoCAD, so ground all file output in 2D CAD (DWG + PDF) with clear layering and consistent call-outs for fast site approval. 3D is welcome for coordination: provide a Revit rebar model (or Tekla) at LOD/LOR 350 with IFC4/NWC exports; 3D schedules/BBS must reconcile 1:1 with the 2D set. 2D CAD delivery remains mandatory.
