Comprehensive Sanitary CAD Drafting

I have a steady stream of sanitary projects across Ecuador Southamerica that range from residential apartment blocks to large-scale commercial complexes and even industrial facilities. I’m looking for a detail-oriented drafter who can turn architectural inputs into accurate, construction-ready drawings in AutoCAD.

Every assignment will cover the full sanitary scope—plumbing layouts, drainage design, and water-supply schematics—so you should be comfortable handling the complete pipeline from incoming mains to final waste outlets. I’ll share architectural plans, fixture schedules, and any municipality standards at kickoff; your job is to translate them into layered, well-annotated CAD files that a site team can follow without second-guessing.

When you reply, please attach samples of past sanitary drawings, outline the experience that makes you the right fit, and describe how you would tackle a typical project (file organization, naming conventions, quality checks, etc.).
