Comprehensive Piping CAD Deliverables
Budget: $2 – $8 USD
I need a seasoned piping designer to take an Oil & Gas facility from concept to a fully documented 2-D model and drawing set.
Scope of work
• Use AutoCAD to create detailed P&IDs, equipment layouts, general arrangements, and overall plot plans.
• Generate fully detailed piping isometrics that include annotations, material specifications, and welding details.
• Produce accurate material take-offs that tie directly back to the isometric drawings for scheduling and procurement.
• Run clash detection and model reviews in Navisworks, resolving any conflicts before issue for construction.
• Verify every drawing and model against ASME, API, and ANSI requirements.
Deliverables
1. Native AutoCAD files plus PDFs of all P&IDs, layouts, and plot plans.
2. A complete set of isometrics with corresponding MTO spreadsheets.
3. Navisworks coordination model with clash detection report.
4. Compliance checklist confirming adherence to ASME, API, and ANSI.
Acceptance criteria
• Zero unresolved clashes in the final Navisworks model.
• MTO quantities balance against the latest revision of each drawing.
• Preparing pipe support schedule as per latest CEASER file markups .
