Comprehensive AutoCAD Railway Layout

I need a full-scope railway layout drafted directly in AutoCAD. The plan must include every component of a working line: straight, curved, and switch tracks laid out precisely; maintenance buildings drawn to scale; plus surrounding landscaping so the whole site feels complete. Keep each element on its own logical layer so I can toggle visibility when coordinating with civil and architectural teams.
To make hand-off smooth, please supply:
• A clean DWG that opens in AutoCAD 2020 or later with all Xrefs bound
• Separate layers for rail centre-line, sleepers, ballast, building footprints, roads, greenery, and annotations
• Scaled maintenance buildings showing walls, doors, and service bays
• Metric dimensions with at least one baseline grid, north arrow, and colour legend
• An A1 PDF plot and a lightweight PNG preview alongside the DWG
