I need precise, code-compliant drafting support for an upcoming mix of residential and commercial work.

On the residential side, you will prepare complete 2D architectural drawings—floor plans, elevations, and sections—then develop a full construction and working-drawing set that reads clearly, carries accurate dimensions, and meets local building standards.

The commercial scope centres on AutoCAD drafting. I’ll supply PDFs and hand sketches; you’ll convert them into clean, well-layered DWG files and expand them into construction and working drawings ready for permit submission. Consistent line weights, title-blocks, and organised layer naming are expected so the files slot straight into our broader BIM workflow.
