I need a full set of construction-ready drawings for a composite deck that will run along the side of my house. The deck is not the usual rectangle; it has a raked outline, so I’ll rely on your expertise to show accurate angles and dimensions that a builder and the permitting office can follow without guesswork.
Please include:
• Plan, elevation, and section views showing all framing members and connections
• Footing and post layout sized to support composite boards
• Railing, stair, and ledger details that meet current residential code
• A concise materials schedule so I can request quotes
I’ll supply site photos and basic measurements as soon as we start. Drawings should be delivered in PDF for permitting and DWG (or similar) for future edits.
