Complete Residential Construction Drawings

I already have a fully-developed residential design and now need it translated into a comprehensive set of construction drawings that any builder, engineer, and local authority can immediately work with. The scope covers the entire house, so I’ll be looking for floor plans, elevations, sections, key details, door/window schedules, and any code-required notes packaged in both PDF and editable CAD (DWG or compatible) formats.

Because the layout has been finalised, your task is to interpret my existing plans accurately, add the technical information they’re missing, and format everything to standard sheet sizes. I can supply the current drawings in PDF and SketchUp, along with material specifications; you’ll refine them into permit-ready documents that align with local residential codes.

Clear, buildable documentation and tidy layer management are the main acceptance criteria. If you’ve produced similar residential sets before and are comfortable collaborating over screen-share for quick mark-ups, let’s get started—I’d like to move to the permit application stage as soon as possible.

I have attached an example of what we do and we type of drawings we need done.

PLEASE NOTE: for now we only require details floor plan and elevations. I have attached the CAD file for the design floor plans and front elevation.
