Complete Residential Construction Drawings
Budget: $25 – $50 USD
I already have the architectural floor plans and exterior elevations for a two-story residence. What I still need is the full set of construction documents so the project can be submitted for permits and taken straight onto site.
First priority is the basement foundation plan. This must show accurate wall locations, dimensions, and the required foundation wall sections that tie into the structural notes I will supply. Once that is in place, the remaining sheets can follow.
Please prepare:
• Basement foundation plan with all wall sections
• Framing plans for the first floor, second floor, balcony, and attached carport
• Roof framing plan, including the flat roof build-up and clay tile roof section details
• Exterior stucco finish details
• Complete electrical layout (lighting, outlets, switching, panel location)
• Window and door schedule keyed to the floor plans
I will provide the existing CAD files; you return clean, well-layered DWG files and ready-to-print PDFs sized for 24"×36". All drawings must follow standard U.S. residential drafting conventions with clear callouts, dimensions, and legends so the city reviewer and the contractor can work from them without extra clarification.
I am a licensed professional engineer so I can stamp the final product and also provide guidance on structural sizing.
