Complete RCC Warehouse Drawings

I have a two-storey warehouse designed as a reinforced concrete (RCC) frame and now need the full construction drawing set. The intent is to hand a contractor and the local authority everything they require to pour, place and inspect the structure without further clarification.

Scope
• Plans, sections and elevations for both floors
• Detailed reinforcement layouts for footings, columns, beams, slabs, staircases and plinth beams
• Bar-bending schedules and steel take-offs
• General notes, typical details and construction joint locations
• A single, consistent CAD file (DWG) plus ready-to-print PDFs

Acceptance
Drawings must be dimensionally coordinated across all sheets, show clear cover, lap lengths and splice locations, and reference any assumptions you have made. I will review and mark up once; revisions to close out those comments are part of the task.

Native CAD files and PDFs delivered via shared drive or email will complete the project.
