Complete G+2 Modern Interior Design

My G+2 home is still at the shell stage and I’m ready to lock in a full interior package that guides my contractor from rough-in to final fit-out.

House layout
Ground Floor – living, one bedroom, kitchen with dining
1st Floor – two master bedrooms plus store room
2nd Floor – entertainment zone that will double as a home-theatre / pub

Design intent
• Overall vibe: clean, Modern lines that feel inviting rather than stark.
• Palette: predominantly neutral tones; accents can be layered in but the base must stay calm.
• Lighting: a purposeful mix of ambient and accent lighting—each drawing should reflect both, not just a generic warm overlay.

Required deliverables (PDF + editable source):
1. Fully annotated 2D plans and matching 3D views for every room.
2. Electrical layouts showing exact light fixtures, switch positions, AC points, TV/data points.
3. Furniture & carpentry shop drawings (sofas, beds, wardrobes, dressers, built-ins).
4. Modular kitchen design with cabinet elevations, countertop spec, appliance placement.
5. Staircase detailing with balustrade material and lighting integration.
6. False-ceiling plans including section details, cove/strip lighting, and heights.
7. Flooring schedule with tile/wood codes and laying patterns.
8. Dedicated home-theatre/pub layout—seating, bar counter, acoustic treatment, projector throw, etc.
9. Material & colour boards that match the 3D renders so contractors see true finishes.

Acceptance criteria
• Drawings must be dimensionally precise and ready for site execution.
• Renders must illustrate actual colour temperature and material reflectance—no single warm-light shortcut.
• All files delivered in PDF plus original CAD/3D (DWG, SKP/3ds/REVIT or equivalent).
