Complete Home Floor Plan

I’m about to begin a major renovation and the very first thing I need is an accurate, to-scale floor plan of my entire house. The property is a little over 4,500 sq ft, and I have no existing drawings to work from, so you’ll be starting from scratch.

Every space must be captured—living areas, bedrooms, kitchen, bathrooms, hallways, closets, and any utility zones. I’ll supply photos, rough tape-measure dimensions, and a video walk-through; if you have a preferred method for confirming measurements remotely (laser scan, annotated sketches, virtual meeting), let me know.

Required deliverables:
• Scaled floor plan showing walls, doors, windows, and room labels
• All critical dimensions in feet and inches
• Final files in both a print-ready PDF (1/4" = 1'-0") and the native CAD/Revit/SketchUp file

Accuracy is essential because contractors will quote directly from these drawings, so I’ll review one round of mark-ups before final approval.
