Complete Factory Architectural 2D Working Drawings Needed
Budget: ₹1,500 – ₹12,500 INR
I’m finalising the design for a new storage-focused factory building and now need a full architectural working-drawing package to move it into construction. The facility’s main function is storage, so circulation paths, loading bay clearances and racking heights must be reflected clearly in every sheet. A clean, modern aesthetic is essential; façade articulation, openings, and interior junctions should all read contemporary rather than industrial-retro or traditional.
Here’s what I expect to receive:
• GFC-level floor plans for every level, fully dimensioned and annotated
• Detailed stair drawings and accompanying sections showing tread/riser counts, handrail heights and landing reinforcement
• Building sections that cut through key structural grids, highlighting slab thicknesses, roof build-ups and height clearances for forklifts
• Complete opening schedule (doors, windows, shutters) tied back to plan tags with hardware notes
• Flooring schedule indicating finish types, expansion joints and any high-load zones
• All details necessary for coordination with structural and MEP engineers

I work in AutoCAD , so please deliver editable files plus printable PDFs. All drawings must align with local building codes and standard layer/pen conventions for immediate issue to contractors. I’ll review for accuracy against the architectural intent; once everything is coordinated and clash-free, the job is done.
