- Efficient layout (preferably L-shaped or U-shaped) that maximizes storage and workspace.
- Placement of sink, stove, fridge in a practical work triangle.
- Storage solutions: cabinets, shelves, and vertical space utilization.
- Ventilation and lighting planning.
- Suggestions for materials, finishes, and appliances suitable for a compact kitchen.
- Design should be contractor-ready with measurements and BOQ if possible.
Deliverables:
- Floor plan with dimensions.
- 2D or 3D visual layout.
- Material and appliance recommendations.
