Compact Industrial Restroom Block Design

I need a practical yet visually clear design for a workers’ toilet-and-bathroom block that fits into an 11 ft × 32 ft footprint and comfortably serves about twenty-five people, including two women. Efficiency of space use drives every decision, so I’m expecting tight circulation, correctly sized cubicles, and smart placement of toilets, showers, urinals, and wash-basins without any wasted corners.

Separate male and female zones are mandatory, and solid concrete partitions will divide the cubicles. Please give attention to proper ventilation paths, simple drainage runs, and finishes that make daily hose-down cleaning straightforward.

Deliverables
• Dimensioned 2D floor plan in PDF and DWG, showing walls, door swings, fixtures, drainage lines, and clear circulation widths
• 3D visualisation of the finished block (SketchUp, Revit, or AutoCAD 3D) with two or three rendered images that illustrate materials, heights, and ventilation openings

I’ll sign off once the layout meets the space efficiency targets, shows logical plumbing routes, and the renders confirm the overall look and feel.
