Commercial Space Plan Drafting

I need a basic, scaled floor-plan for a small commercial unit in Delhi—under 1,000 sq ft—dedicated solely to office use. The drawing should lay out workstations, circulation paths, entry/exit points, windows, and suggested locations for power and data outlets. A compact pantry or print corner can be indicated if space permits.

Deliverables
• AutoCAD (DWG) file plus a print-ready PDF
• Clear dimensions and total built-up area noted on the sheet
• Furniture symbols to illustrate a practical desk arrangement
• One round of revisions after my feedback

You will have to conduct a site visit in Delhi for measurements. A 3- to 4-day turnaround works for me. When you respond, please include at least one sample of a similar small-office plan you’ve drafted.
