Commercial Site Plan Drafting
Budget: $10 – $30 AUD
need to have a to scale site plan drawn for a new property in Sonoma, CA.
You can view the parcel on Google Earth and I am attaching several documents which should help. I'll want this to be in an Adobe format (let me know which is best) - I have the entire Creative Cloud.
Attached - Plat Map for Dimensions, Existing Structure drawing with dimensions.
You should be able to get a close approximation of the home on the parcel using google earth, google maps, etc.
Please use Google Earth to add in as much detail as possible (trees, etc).
