60'x60' Commercial Site Plan

I need a detailed site plan for a new 60 ft × 60 ft commercial building. The plan must honor the setbacks I will supply and clearly show a single-entrance/exit driveway and fewer than ten parking stalls arranged for efficient traffic flow. Please draw all relevant dimensions, label the setbacks, indicate building orientation, and include north arrow, scale, and legend.

Deliverables
• PDF ready for planning‐department submittal
• Editable CAD file (DWG or compatible)

Acceptance
The drawing is considered complete when the setbacks, driveway, and parking layout match my specifications, all dimensions are readable at 1″ = 20′ (or similar) scale, and the file opens correctly in AutoCAD.
