Commercial 2D Shop Drawings

I have a full set of IFC drawings and specifications for a commercial build and now need them converted into clear, approval-ready 2D shop drawings. The package must cover every discipline on the project—structural elements, mechanical systems and electrical layouts—so an eye for cross-trade coordination is essential.

Here’s how I see the workflow: you extract all relevant details from the IFC files, draft discipline-specific sheets in AutoCAD (or your preferred 2D platform), then cycle through any comments from consultants or the client until we reach final sign-off. I will provide mark-ups promptly and expect quick turnaround on revisions so we keep the programme on track.

• Complete set of coordinated 2D shop drawings (PDF + source files) for structure, MEP and electrical
• Iterative revisions until written approval is obtained from the project engineer
• A drawing register summarising sheets, revision dates and status
