Commercial Office Layout Plans
Budget: $15 – $25 AUD
I need clean, high-quality concept plans for commercial office floors ranging from 300 m² up to about 2,000 m². Each plan must feel client-ready, logical, and realistic, with all spaces correctly proportioned and fully furnished.
The highest-priority elements are Workstations, Meeting rooms, and Collaboration zones. Please organise them so that natural light is focused on the workstations while circulation, reception, and support areas still flow naturally around the building core. Keep every wall or piece of furniture at least 1 m away from the façade and respect all base-building constraints—core locations, wet areas, risers, stairs, glazing setbacks, and structural grids must remain untouched.
Presentation needs to be a clean architectural style: no surveyor notes, no clutter—just clear labels and simple graphics. Final files should arrive as PNG, JPEG, or PDF; the native CAD source is welcome but not mandatory.
While past projects have turned around comfortably in 48 hours, I chose “No time limit” because quality comes first; let me know an honest schedule you can keep and maintain it consistently. Clear, timely communication and reliable accuracy are essential throughout the process.
Deliverables will be accepted when:
• All priority spaces are included and logically placed.
• Natural light is demonstrably centred on workstations.
• No infringements occur within the 1 m façade buffer or other base-building constraints.
• Plans are delivered in the agreed formats and meet the clean presentation standard.
