Commercial Measured Survey & Plans

I need a full measured survey of a commercial property so I can produce accurate floor plans and external elevations. The end goal is to have drawings that show every room with precise dimensions as well as all key doors, windows, and service points ready for further design work.

Please include:
• On-site measurement of every floor and the principal façades
• Scaled CAD drawings (DWG and PDF) showing room-by-room dimensions and overall grid lines
• A simple annotation layer indicating floor levels, openings, and fixed features

I’m expecting “detailed with room dimensions” accuracy, but not the level of structural member modelling. Laser scanning, total-station or traditional tape/handheld laser methods are fine—use whatever workflow you prefer so long as the finished drawings are clean, consistent, and ready to drop into AutoCAD or Revit.
