Commercial Landscape Drafting Plans - future projects

I have a a few projects in the pipeline that will need to be drafted and I need a clean, construction-ready CAD package produced from sketches and pdf files. The scope is limited to exterior works only, but it covers every key element on the grounds: new gardens and planting zones, an interconnected network of walkways and patios, plus a set of small water features that tie the whole design together.

Your task is to turn this information into a coordinated set of landscape drawings suitable for municipal review and contractor pricing. I expect an overall site plan, dedicated planting plan, hardscape layout with spot grades, and enlarged details for the water features and paving edges.

Deliverables
• Layered DWG files (AutoCAD 2018 + compatible)
• A plotted PDF set at 1:100 / 1:50 scales as appropriate
• A simple plant schedule and materials legend
• One revision round included to incorporate client comments

Please keep line weights, hatching and annotation styles consistent with standard landscape architectural conventions so the files drop straight into our master set without re-formatting. First draft needed within seven days of award; quicker is welcome if quality stays high.
