US Commercial Interior Drafting
Budget: $250 – $750 USD
This project involves producing drafting for an interior office remodel in the United States. The space is entirely commercial and limited to office functions.
You will take my sketches, notes, and reference plans and develop:
• Dimensioned floor plans, reflected ceiling plans, and elevations.
• Coordinated MEP backgrounds that align with the architectural layout and meet national as well as typical state codes
• Details, schedules, etc.
The work must be prepared in AutoCAD(we do not have Revit capabilities, layered and annotated in English, and ready for immediate review by the lead U.S. architect on the project. I expect responsive communication during normal U.S. business hours so we can resolve mark-ups quickly and keep the project on its tight timeline.
