Commercial F&B Floor Plan Draft
Budget: $12 – $30 SGD
I’m fitting out a commercial food-and-beverage unit and need a clear, scaled floor plan that shows exactly how the space will flow. The drawing must lay out three key zones—dining area, kitchen, and bar—so staff movement, guest circulation, and service lines are obvious at a glance.
I will supply the room’s dimensions and any fixed elements as soon as we start. From you, I’m expecting one clean 2D plan delivered in PDF plus an editable source file (DWG, DXF, or similar) so future contractors can tweak plumbing, electrical, and fire-safety details without starting over.
Accuracy, legible labeling, and a tidy presentation matter more than elaborate 3D work. If you have questions about codes or clearances, flag them early so we don’t waste revisions. Once the final plan matches the dimensions and includes the three zones in logical positions, I’ll sign off immediately.
