I need a professional to create a detailed floor plan for an existing vacant building in Reynoldsburg, Ohio. The floor plan is for a retail store and must include storage areas and customer restrooms. Additionally, it needs to be stamped for permitting. Will need to have occupant loads and exit signage detailed near exterior doorways. I have a space layout I can attach.
