I’m upgrading the restrooms in my three-story commercial building. Right now each floor has just one combined bathroom-shower area; I need a layout that fits two private toilet stalls and two fully enclosed shower stalls on every level while staying within the existing footprint.
The look should feel traditional rather than modern or industrial, with classic tile finishes throughout. Each floor also needs a modest vanity area for touch-ups. Please base your plans on readily available commercial-grade fixtures and partitions that meet local code and accessibility standards.
What I’d like from you:
• Scaled floor-plans and elevations showing stall placement, door swings, plumbing rough-ins, ventilation points, and lighting.
• A concise material and fixture schedule highlighting tile selections, stall partition systems, fittings, and the vanity components.
• Any key construction notes or details a contractor will need to build from your drawings.
