Combine Lighting PDFs into CAD
Budget: $10 – $30 CAD
You’ll start with Lighting Temp.dwg as the base drawing. Please insert the two lighting PDF plans, scale each to a true 1:1, and trace every electrical element on them. That includes all lighting fixtures, switches, their circuitry, the exterior walls, gridlines, and any notes or text that help with coordination. Interior architectural details that have nothing to do with the lighting layout can be left out.
Work strictly with the lighting blocks and symbols already stored in Lighting Temp.dwg—use only what is necessary—and keep your layers consistent with the file’s existing structure. If a new layer is unavoidable, follow the same naming convention so the model remains clean.
Both layouts must end up inside one DWG, clearly labeled so it’s obvious which area came from which source PDF, yet still reading as a single cohesive lighting plan.
Deliverable
• One CAD file (.dwg) containing the two fully traced lighting layouts, organised on the correct layers and using the provided blocks.
