Collaborative Office Layout 2D/3D
Budget: $10 – $30 USD
I need a fresh spatial plan for our new office that puts collaboration at the heart of every square metre. The brief is straightforward: deliver both a clear, measured 2-D floorplan and an engaging 3-D visualisation that together show how the space will drive spontaneous teamwork while still covering the essentials—meeting rooms, open workstations, breakout areas and a small personal office for senior management.
You’ll start with the building shell and translate it into an accurate 2-D layout (DWG or comparable CAD file preferred) that positions each zone logically for workflow, daylight and circulation. From there, render a 3-D model—SketchUp, Revit, or any mainstream package—that lets stakeholders “walk” the space, check sightlines and feel the atmosphere before we commit to fit-out.
Deliverables must include:
• Scaled 2-D plan with furniture blocks, room labels and circulation paths
• High-quality 3-D model with materials and lighting applied
• Two rounds of minor revisions once initial concepts are reviewed
Files need to be ready for hand-off to our interior contractor, so maintain layer discipline and standard metric dimensions throughout.
