Refer to half bath not to scale.jpg. The interior dimensions of the
room floor are 114 inches by 51 inches. There is a 28 inch entry
door centered on a long wall. The entry side wall as measured
on the interior has a 43 inches of wall, then a 28 inch door, then
another 43 inches of wall.
A 2 inch plumbing vent is located inside the entry wall to the right
of the door. stack small.jpg. The existing vent needs to show in
the plans but it does not get replaced. To the right of the door a
10 inch x 10. inch exhaust fan will mount under the lighting chase
and exhaust out the east exterior wall. See East elevation mod.pdf. fan

Centered on the back 114 inch wall is a 22 inch hatch door. It's a vaulted ceiling from 62 to 87 inches over the width of the room. The flanking
rear walls each measure 46 inches.
There will be a single bowl lav on the left-side wall left side
wall.jpg. mounted on a 48 inch vanity. A custom made solid
surface acrylic countertop with an integral single bowl lav will
extend wall-to-wall and have a 3 inch backsplash.

An elongated toilet is to be centered on the floorhole1.jpg. After the plumbing rough-in I
will fill in the hole in the floor with plywood, cover the patch with
VCT and finish with transition strips that run the length of the opening
