Cleanroom Equipment 2D Fabrication Drawings
Budget: ₹600 – ₹1,500 INR
I need a full set of shop-ready 2D engineering drawings that will let my fabricator build several pieces of clean-room equipment without further clarification. I already have conceptual sketches and performance requirements; what’s missing are precise fabrication documents created in CAD.
Scope
• Translate my sketches and notes into clear orthographic views, sections and detail call-outs.
• Apply industry-standard drawing conventions, complete with dimensions, tolerances, welding symbols and surface-finish indications suitable for stainless-steel fabrication.
• Add exploded views or auxiliary details wherever geometry is hard to visualise in 2D alone.
• Include a concise bill of materials on each sheet so purchasing can proceed immediately.
Deliverables
1. Native CAD files (DWG or compatible)
2. Print-ready PDFs for each sheet
3. A consolidated BOM in XLS or CSV format
Acceptance Criteria
• All critical dimensions match the numbers I provide ±0.1 mm.
• No missing fasteners, gaskets or access panels in the final assembly.
• File set passes a quick clash-check when I import it into SolidWorks.
If you regularly work with clean-room furniture, air-flow equipment or pharmaceutical fixtures, your experience will help you spot details I might have overlooked. Turnaround is two weeks once I send the sketches; faster is a bonus if quality stays rock solid.
