Civil Engineering 2D Plans Needed

I have hand sketches, room schedules, and site notes for a new residence that now need to be translated into a precise civil-engineering drawing package. The end use is strictly engineering—these plans will feed directly into structural calculations and later 3D modelling—so dimensional fidelity within ±5 mm is critical.

Here is what I expect to receive:

• Fully dimensioned floor plans
• Exterior elevations
• One longitudinal section
• Layered, well-organised DWG files plus matching PDFs ready for immediate coordination with other consultants

All work must be produced in AutoCAD, with clear layering that allows downstream editing and clash detection. Please maintain conventions suitable for a civil engineer so the files integrate smoothly with our grading, drainage, and utility layouts for the residence.

First draft is due within one week of project start, and I’ll include up to two minor revision rounds before sign-off.
