Project Overview
We are seeking an experienced civil engineering consultant to deliver complete design and documentation for a civil infrastructure project. The work includes drawings, structural design, and BOQ preparation to support execution and tendering.
Scope of Work
* Prepare concept and detailed working plans
* Develop sectional drawings and 2D elevations
* Create structural drawings (foundation, beams, columns, slabs, staircase, lintels, chajjas)
* Design electrical, plumbing, and drainage systems
* Prepare furniture layout plans
* Plan landscape and horticulture elements
* Design rainwater harvesting, septic tank, and soak pit systems
* Prepare bar bending schedule (BBS)
* Develop BOQ, cost estimates, and rate analysis
* Support quality checks and vendor billing (if required)
