cardboard Assembly. The main assistance is needing appropriate files, such as a PDF for quoting and manufacturing purposes values in metric preferred

The footprint must remain within the interior limits of the FedEx One Rate box; everything else can change if it speeds up packing or streamlines die-cutting. Thinner flaps, locking tabs, revised fold sequence—whatever makes assembly quicker while keeping the contents from shifting in transit—are all on the table.

Please translate the improved concept into clean production files so I can move straight to quoting and sampling with my converter.

Deliverables
• 2D dieline (AI, PDF, or CAD) ready for tooling
• Simple 3D visualization or exploded view that shows fold sequence and final fit inside the FedEx One Rate box
• Brief assembly notes highlighting any new folds, tabs, or glue points

Acceptance will be based on a test fit: print-out of the dieline on chipboard should fold in under two minutes and drop into the FedEx box flush on all sides.
