Car Park Space Confirmation Survey
Budget: £250 – £750 GBP
I need a qualified surveyor to visit the small under-block car park of my apartment building in Salford and produce an accurate plan of the parking layout. My lease shows a specific bay allocated to my flat, yet the physical markings on site don’t seem to match what is on paper. Your job is to carry out a measured survey, map every bay and structural column, and clearly confirm whether my designated space exists in the current layout or has been absorbed into another bay.
I will supply the relevant pages from the property deeds / lease agreement so you can overlay them against your measured drawing. Please capture dimensions and bay numbers, note any obstructions or changes since construction, and provide a concise written statement that I can forward to the management company if the space is indeed missing.
Deliverables:
• Drawing of the entire car park with individual bays numbered
• Overlay or comparison highlighting the position (or absence) of my allocated space as per the lease
• Short written summary of findings, signed and dated, suitable for submission in a tenancy dispute
I do not need a completely accurate, scale plan, just an indication of the location of all the parking spaces and their numbers. A quick turnaround would be appreciated, but accuracy is paramount.
